MAD SIQ

So I think we all know who my favorite is in the Miller clan, but I've gotta show some love to Drew Miller after he scored this awesome goal in Detroit last night. Ch-ch-check it out...



Awesome... I love how excited he looks in his celebration too. Gotta love it. Obviously I don't follow Drew Miller as much as I follow Ryan Miller/the Sabres, but I do like to check in on him when I can due to me being quite partial to his older brother, and from I've heard ever since he got picked up by Detroit earlier this season, he's really stepped up his game. Detroit could use players like him stepping up... Atta boy, Mistahhh Millaaah.

I was watching the Detroit game and saw the goal. Unreal. Mickey Redmond's response to the goal was also pretty amusing - He's such a biased homer that it is almost funny to listen to him. :)

Drew has looked like a different player, for the better, since the Wings picked him up. Really seems to fit in well out there. Have watched quite a few Wings games since he went there and the change in his play is noticeable. Good for him!

I saw the goal last night during the Ducks/Sharks telecast on the NHL Network. I didn't even realize he had done that until the scorers popped up on the screen. Veeeery nice goal! I forgot he had been picked up by the Red Wings.

Good to know that Drew has has improved his game ever since getting acquired by Detroit...it must be cool for him to be playing so close to his hometown.
